Making a decision about which home care to choose can be difficult. We hope the following information will be of assistance in making your selection.
 
Who owns Mountain Shadows Home Care?
Dr. Wes and Nadine Handy started Mountains Shadows Home Care in 1992 and have grown to five different locations in Southern New Mexico.
Is the Agency licensed and bonded?
Yes, we are a licensed Home Health agency and bonded with the State of New Mexico. The State surveys our agency annually to assure compliance with all laws and standards.
What is the care-giver training?
Each employee receives initial orientation and training with clients prior to working on their own. In addition they receive continuous in-service education.
Will the care-giver take me to my appointments or run errands when needed.
The care-giver will take you in their vehicle or yours.
What if I'm not satisfied with the services I receive?
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will make a visit to your home to resolve the problem. If there is no resolution, you will not be charged for that day.
